The quality of the product you will receive is guaranteed to be the best in its class, they are a part of factory outlet production and this is why they are sold for less. All products are in Brand New dead stock condition. All J23shoes.com has no affiliation with Jordan or Nike, or any other brand not mentioned herein .
- How are shoes packaged?
Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.
- How do I know what size to order?
All shoes are in United States sizes charts. Sizes are in Men's/Women's depending on category. All categories are listed next to size.

*We do exchange the shoe size if it is your fault. There will be $25 charge for resending it to you plus 15% restocking fee.
- How come I haven't received my refund yet?
We process all refunds within 24 hours. If you paid using paypal, all refunds are immediate and you should see them in your account. If you do not, sometimes our staff do make mistakes and we will double check to make sure a refund was issued. If we are certain a refund has been issued, we will provide you with a reference number so you can contact paypal and ask them how come they have not credited your account yet.
If you paid using credit card, refunds are not instant. All Visa transactions are processed monday through friday, at 12:00am EST. Once your refund has been processed by Visa, the issuing bank of your Visa must accept the refund, then post the funds to your account. If it has been longer then 5 business days, and the funds are still not showing on your credit card, please contact us and we will provide you with the transaction ID so that you can contact your issuing bank and inquire about the funds.
We do want to remind you, that we are here to work with you. We will always assist you in anyway possible to resolve any issue.
- I made a mistake with my order and it's status says Shipped, what should I do?
If the shoes have already left then we can not make changes to the order. Please wait until you receive your shoes, then e mail us at pickjordan23@yahoo.com.cnwe will send your further instructions.
- When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately send an email to you. Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United States, we may not receive it untill 2-3 days AFTER your order has been processed.
